Abstract: The objective of this project is the optimization of demersal cruise surveys to be implemented in 3 Arquipelagos (Azores, Madeira and Canarias). Once this objective achieved, the cruises will be used to monitor annually commercial demersal resources in these regions. These cruises will allow important biological and ecological information to be collected, and prospecting of new areas, new depths, and new commercial species.
