Topography
Using data from our missions we developed a map of D. João de Castro Bank.

This map was done using more than 40000 points.
Data sampling was made in 1996 (NAVY and IMAR data), 1998 and 1999.
All data was differentially corrected by IST/ISR.

Data is mainly concentrated in coordinates between38º13'N to 38º14'N and 26º35.8'W to 26º36.8'W because that will be the opperational area for the AUV.
